Also known as the Langouste Royale, the Royal Spiny Lobster is a cornerstone of French haute cuisine, celebrated for its firm, delicate meat and the depth of flavour that only the finest wild caught seafood can deliver. Few ingredients command the same reverence in the culinary world.

Unlike its clawed cousins, the Spiny Lobster carries all of its prized meat within its tail, offering a generous, beautifully textured portion that lends itself to the most elegant preparations. Whether grilled over open flame, barbecued to caramelised perfection, or served as the centrepiece of a refined seafood platter, the Langouste Royale never fails to impress.

Sourced and handled with the care this legendary crustacean deserves, Sea House brings this icon of French gastronomy directly to your table in all its natural glory.
