The American lobster, also known as the Canadian lobster, is one of the most iconic and sought-after shellfish in global gastronomy. Sourced from the cold, pristine waters of the North Atlantic across the US and Canada, it is renowned for its succulent texture, naturally sweet flavour and remarkable versatility in fine dining cuisine.

Favoured by luxury hotels, gourmet caterers and fine dining restaurants, the American lobster suits a wide range of preparations, from boiling and grilling to roasting or pairing with refined sauces and seasonal ingredients. Available in different sizes, from 600 to 800g through to 900 to 1000g, with the larger grades offered on a pre-order basis.
