Yellow Hot Pepper Paste
Made from Peru’s iconic aji amarillo chilli, this bright golden orange paste offers a gentle to medium heat and a fruity, slightly sweet flavour. Ready to use, supplied in 212g.
Palm Sugar
Natural, unrefined palm sugar with a rich, complex flavour of caramel and butterscotch and a soft, moist texture. The essential sweet balance in authentic Thai cooking. Supplied in 454g.

Yakisoba Noodles

Yusen Grain Vinegar

Yaki Nori roasted seaweed comes in two grades, the premium Gold Grade for the finest sushi preparation and the practical Blue Grade Half Cut for high volume everyday service.

Mamenori San soy paper, a thin, sesame flavoured soybean sheet that is a gluten free, vegan alternative to nori for colourful, eye catching sushi rolls. Delicate yet pliable. Available in Goma, Pink, Green and Yellow.
